In a collaboration with Welcome Home Yoga Studio, we’re offering a self-care segment of the series. This workshop will teach you some introductory techniques for meditation and gender-affirming yoga, discuss the boundaries of self care versus escapism, and offer tips and tricks for better sleep hygiene.
*Registrants under 16 years old will need parent/guardian consent to attend this workshop*
