Roz Keith Quoted in Detroit Free Press Article on Bobbie Hirsch

Stand with Trans Executive Director, Roz Keith, was recently quoted in the Detroit Free Press, talking about the mental, physical, and emotional benefits of allowing transgender people to play sports in the gender they identify with. 

“Trans people are just like everybody else, and they have the same desires and goals. Why should they be held back from pursuing what they’re good at, pursuing their passions? Because of their gender? Identity?” she said.
