CHAT Survey

My name is Sammie Chavez and I work at Mathematica, a non-partisan research organization. We are conducting a survey of transgender men and non-binary individuals and their experiences with cervical cancer screening and HPV vaccination.

The key goals of our survey are to understand the experiences of transgender and gender-diverse populations and to improve their access to cancer prevention and screening. This survey is completely anonymous.
