Work climate and coping styles for transgender and gender-diverse individuals (TGD) in Michigan

Hello, 

My name is Tamara Hall. I am a PhD student at Grand Canyon University. I am looking to understand the relationship between work climate and coping styles for transgender and gender-diverse individuals (TGD) in Michigan.  

I am asking TGD persons over the age of 18, that are residents of Michigan, and are employed, to participate in a survey. The survey includes 28 questions on coping using the Brief COPE. There are 20 questions on work climate using the LGBT Climate inventory. The survey will take about 20 minutes to complete. The study is anonymous.
