Stand with Trans has received a grant from the Filmer Foundation to create a directory of gender-affirming and trans-friendly resources specific to Oakland County in Michigan.
We are looking for medical and mental healthcare providers, as well as community service providers, to fill out a questionnaire to be added to the new directory. It should only take a few minutes to answer the questions on the form, and there is no negative impact for choosing to not participate. Some positive impacts for participating might include increased traffic to your business/ practice, in addition to showing trans youth and their families that they have allies and resources in their community

The second questionnaire, for community service providers (like barbers and hairstylists, lawyers and attorneys, childcare providers, and other small businesses) can be found here: https://forms.gle/
Please note that these questionnaires are specifically for providers in Oakland County, Michigan. If you are outside of that area, please do not fill out these forms at this time!
