Study is looking at the experiences of transgender individuals with health and the healthcare system. We aim to better understand trans health experiences in the state of Michigan. This survey was developed by community leaders, academics, and gender diverse community members, and is designed to explore the health experiences of transgender and gender diverse individuals.
