Trans Empowerment Month 2025

2025 Trans Empowerment Month
Love Transcends
Stand with Trans proudly announces its sixth annual Trans Empowerment Month this October. The 2025 theme, Love Transcends, celebrates the strength, creativity, and resilience of transgender and non-binary youth through a wide variety of virtual workshops, panels, and performances designed to uplift, affirm, and inspire.
From October 6th through October 30th, participants from across the nation will gather for nearly a month of connection, education, and joy. Trans Empowerment Month has become a cornerstone event for transgender and gender expansive youth, families, and allies—offering a safe space to explore identity, share experiences, and celebrate the power of community. This year’s theme reminds us that love can transcend boundaries, challenges, and differences, bringing us together in unity and hope.
Throughout October, attendees will experience an exciting lineup of sessions that nurture self-discovery, wellness, and creativity. Youth-focused workshops will provide tools for empowerment and self-expression, while family and parent sessions will offer guidance, encouragement, and opportunities to connect with others walking similar journeys. Additional events will spotlight art, storytelling, and performance, highlighting the brilliance and talent that shines across the trans community.
By the end of the month, participants will leave not only with new knowledge and resources, but also with lasting connections and a sense of belonging. Trans Empowerment Month: Love Transcends is more than a series of events—it’s a celebration of authenticity, resilience, and the boundless love that unites us all.
