Hello!

We are interested in better understanding the experiences of transgender and gender expansive  (non-binary, gender non-conforming, genderqueer, etc.) employees of color. Participants will be  interviewed through Zoom for 1 hour on their experience in the workplace. Participants will be  compensated with a $25 Amazon gift card for their time.  

To participate in this study, participants must  

● Be at least 18 years or older  

● Identify as a racial and/or ethnic minority  

● Identify as transgender, non-binary, and/or gender expansive  

● Be actively employed  

● Live in the United States 

● Have working video and audio option on computer
