Transilience: The Transgender Stress and Resilience Research Team at Michigan State University is recruiting participants for a new research study. This study is focused on getting community input about important health and healthcare experiences of LGBTQ+ people in Michigan. The study entails a 90-minute focus group (over Zoom).
People who are interested will first complete a screening questionnaire to express their interests and we will then reach out to people who qualify for the study. To qualify, individuals must be age 18 or over and identify as LGBTQ+ and live in Michigan. There are no direct benefits of participating, although we hope that the information learned will help improve future research on the health of LGBTQ+ individuals.
