Recruitment for Study Regarding the Experiences of LGBTQ+ PoC

I am a doctoral candidate at the University of La Verne studying the role of religion, spirituality and LGBTQ+ community connectedness for LGBTQ+ People of Color. I am looking for people to participate in a study who are willing to share their experiences as LGBTQ+ People of Color. Additional information will be gathered about mental and physical health outcomes, intersectional discrimination, religious affiliations, spiritual beliefs and demographic information.

There are no direct benefits to participating. However participants are provided a link to participate in an opportunity drawing for a $20 amazon gift card.

Participants qualify for this study if they are 18 years of age or older, identify as an LGBTQ+ Person of Color and currently reside in and take the survey within the United States.

Participants will be required to complete a series of questionnaires and short answer questions based on their personal experiences. The study should take approximately 30 minutes.

The results may be published in scientific or student papers and presented at conferences or in classrooms or other venues.
